Beautiful Feet

How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news, who proclaim peace, who bring good tidings, who proclaim salvation, who say to Zion, “Your God reigns!” Isaiah 52:7  NLT

As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!” Romans 10:15b  NIV

Smelly, painful at times, cold often, but never called beautiful, my feet are pretty average. Almost 10,000 steps today but not beautiful. They do an admirable job of plodding this body along. But not beautiful.

My hope is that soon (in HIS time) they might take on a new designation as I return to Missions in India. There I hope I might once again ‘bring good news, proclaim peace, bring good tidings and proclaim salvation’ through Jesus the Messiah. Your prayers please that these ugly appendages might take on a new description.

Tourist Visa

Yesterday I received the approval notification for my India Tourist Visa.  This approval grants me access to the country for a maximum of 180 days in any calendar year over the next 5 years. That is probably about as long as anyone can put up with me anyway, so a good number 😉  I addition to this visa I also have to bring my passport. This proves I am a citizen of the United States.
