Another Busy Week

Lots going on here at MJC. Sports Day was held which means local high school sports teams from around the region came to MJC to compete. They also got a good tour of the campus for their next steps in eduation at the Teachers College and the Arts & Science College.

Because of your generios donations to Love In Action Society, aprox 80 of our girls got some MUCH need play clothes. A special thanks to Dave and all the folks at The Hardware Store in Mardela Spings.

And if that wasn’t enough excitment for one week, we held the MJC Ultimate Frisbee Championship match between Team Faith and Team Hope. Faith was the go ahead odds on favorite with Hope as the decided underdogs. It was a great game and when it all was done and finished HOPE WON!

Yesterday was Eye Clinic day. Everyone had their eyes checked and glasses were ordered for those who needed new or replacments. A very good thing.

Well that’s enough excitment for one week. This old dog is beat 😉 But it’s a good beat.

Salvation Comes

January 22 2009 We have been spending a lot of time in prayer and fasting over the last few days. Sunday was a day of real confession, repentance and turning to God for many of the older girls.
